Got our bowling on...

Took the kids to Pinz for a little bowling over spring break!! (Particularly since it has done nothing but rain, rain, rain all week!!)

Is there anything cuter than this 3 yr old in tiny bowling shoes?

FUN AFTERNOON!!

State Gymnastics

Alexis starting competing in gymnastics this year and LOVES it!! It is a good challenge for her, and really fun for our family to watch.

She had a great season and finished up at State. She had her best AA score (35.6) and took 3rd place on bars!! We are very proud of her. She wants to work hard this summer and move up to the next level. It is amazing to watch her grown in this sport!!

Honor Society

Smarty pants Alexis got inducted into the NEHS (National Elementary Honor Society) She got to dress up fancy and participate in a program. We are very, very proud of her!!

Alexis with her friend Hannah.

Of course to had to hit Article Circle afterwards to celebrate with ice cream!!!

That was a FAST 3 years!!

Baby Brylee turned 3 on March 16th!! Time sure has flown by with this little girl. She is such a pleasant, pleasant soul and we have thoroughly enjoyed having her in our family!!

She was lucky enough to spend her b-day with her bestie Molly. We went and played at Just Kid'n Around and had pizza for lunch!!

She patiently waited for the big kids to get home before opening her presents. Alexis did a scavenger hunt for her to find her gifts and Bry loved it!!

****3 things we love about Brylee!!

* She is happy 99% of the time
* She follows Alexis and Ethan everywhere

* If she could sleep in a princess dress, she would!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRY BRY!!! WE LOVE YOU!

M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E

What does an unexpected tax return + a couple of furlough school days =?

DISNEY TRIP!!!

So we did just that. I am not spontaneous at all. Period. So for me this was an extremely SPONTANEOUS, planned in less than 3 weeks trip! We spent 4 glorious, sun-filled days in the Magic Kingdom. I mean 80+ degrees glorious!!! The sun alone was worth the trip. The only downside was that it was quite busy. Who knew the Magic Kingdom would be so popular mid-February?

My lil' sis joined up for a few days and the kids had fun parking away with cousin Cayden.

Here a just a few of the many pics I took highlighting the fun....

Obligatory castle pic :)

Obligatory Mickey pic :)

My kids were seriously so excited! We told them a week before we left and Alexis was all packed and ready to go that day!!

Bry LOVES Minnie Mouse right now and was so excited to meet her!!

The whole fam got to meet Goofy...

I have some dang cute kids :)

Somehow, someway, the kids got me on the teacups TWICE. I do not like spinning rides!!

My little action figures...

Always have to eat at the Rain Forest Cafe at least once!!

For his souvenir, E made a "build your own" remote control car. It is pretty darn cool!!

While the big kids rode the "big stuff" with Thane, Bry and I went to the princess breakfast at Ariel's Grotto. She LOVED it!! It was a very fun morning.

Bry gazing at a princess coming in. P.S. I will neither admit nor deny I had a Coke with breakfast :)

LOVED, LOVED the parade this time. The Rapunzel tower was gorgeous and I can't lie -I was a little teary when Mary Poppins rode through on her merry-go-round horse!!

Chip and Dale "stole" Ethan one day and dragged him a long way. Ethan thought it was hilarious!!

Winnie the Pooh! Alexis was a HUGE Pooh Bear junkie in her younger years so we had to visit the characters for old times sake...

As soon as Thane saw them, he knew he would have to have a turkey leg before the trip was over. All I can say is YUCK and YUCK!!!

Bry and Cayden waiting for the fireworks to start.

Mickey cookie - YUM.

Pirates is one of my favorite rides.

E on Mickey's wheel of terror! Poor kid was almost hypervenilating from the height. Meanwhile Bry is dancing around like there isn't a care in the world!!

Disney really is the Happiest (and most exhausting) Place on Earth!!!
