Double the toothy fun...

Wed morning Alexis woke up bright and early (I mean EARLY) to come into our room to tell us that her tooth was finally loose enough to be pulled. After much begging and pleading she got her Dad out of bed and he headed to get "the pliers" and pulled the tooth right out.

Wed evening after Mr. Ethan had been in bed for about 5 minutes he comes running out of his room holding his mouth and cheering. Not to be outdone by his sister - he had pulled one of his loose teeth out in bed! After searching through his covers the tooth was recovered and placed in the tooth pocket under his pillow.

Here are the two kiddos with their gaps...

We sure saved the tooth fairy a trip!!

Thursday afternoon Ethan had his 1st grade musical program, a rousing rendition of The Three Little Pigs. This was a fabulous concert that lasted all of 12 minutes! I must say that I felt really bad for the mom that got there for the last 3 minutes and began to cry at the end because she had missed it all. Good reminder for me to try to be more timely (I probably would have been late but I had Mr. Timely (aka Thane) who got us there with
PLENTY of time to spare!!!

Anywho...here are some pics of E in action during his chorus performance...

Let's see...what else exciting has happened?! Brylee had her first ice cream cone this week (can you say STICKY!!) and she is walking all over the place (sniff, sniff.) Alexis was moved up in her gymanstics class and LOVES it. Ethan's doing great in karate and is looking forward to another tournament. And that is all the Beckstead happenings!!

  1. Fun for the program! Britton informed me that he hates singing and doesn't want to be in any programs. Can't wait to see what we get at our first program!
